‘Bloomer’ is a Neo-Bistro, a vibrant place with a simple goal to drink and eat (and drink) well.  

The cuisine is humble, happy, without blinkers and encourages you to lick your fingers clean : we shamelessly invite you to indulge in the harmonious marriage of Bistronomie and Street Food. In short, we want to challenge the influences of style and origin.  

What we like about ‘Bloomer’ is the effervescence of the place, the spontaneity of the service, a table with friends, the shared plates and the sound of bottles being opened.

Here our products speak the same language as their producers. We only work with the best ingredients, wherever possible sourced locally and in season.  For the drinks think; low intervention wines, craft beers on draft and a small list of house cocktails.
